Those following President Obama's prepared remarks during a speech in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Monday were thrown a bit of a curveball when it came to a description of his critics:

"Some powerful interests who had been dominating the agenda in Washington for a very long time and they're not always happy with me. They talk about me like a dog. That's not in my prepared remarks, but it's true," he told a crowd largely consisting of union members.

Uh, Mr. President, most Americans love their dogs and speak quite highly of them. You wish that the American public liked you half as much as Snoopy, Spuds MacKensie, Marmaduke or even Snoop Dog.

Now, if you are a Muslim, well they don't hold dogs in high esteem. I'm just saying that Obama's statements and actions don't show a typical Christian American view point. He does sound like a whiny elitist and people really don't like that in a President.

Mr. Obama, would care to reflect on how you and your people treated President George W Bush? I didn't think so.

I like dogs. I don't like liars. Barack Obama is a liar. End of story.

Dogs never lie. If you treat them well, (and may Allah thrash you severely if you don't) they are always happy to see you and loyal to the end. My 2 sister mutts are 17 years old and have the demeanor of puppies. Even though they don't see or hear too well, they bounce around like crazy when it's walk or treat time.

Anyone who makes that kind of statement has never loved a dog. Yes, I know the first family, very publicly, recently acquired a dog. But I used the word love.

Anyone with a Midnight or Asta or Fang knows what I am talking about.

It's a standard liberal tactic. He knows he can't win over the hearts and minds because his agenda is as polarizing as his comments, so he does what every single liberal does - changes the tone by playing the victim. Liberal politics 101.

mark Dayton and Nick Coleman are doing it right now asking for no gutter politics, but we know it's bullshit. THey are under the illusion, much like our President, that Americans don't see through the bullshit. THey dangle carrots for the public with one hand, while hte other hand is stabbing them in the back. It doesn't work. People are smarter tahn the elitist liberal pukes are willing to admit and this tactic won't work either. You can't play victim when you're the guy on top. Pres. Obama has just proven to a nation that he's weak.

Look at the video don't just read the quote.

After doing so please answer the following question. Harvard educated constitutional law professor turned President or revival tent Baptist preacher?

Are you kidding me? This is the best and brightest that is running the country? He was supposed to be the Anti Bush. Not folksy but uplifting and inspirational while at the same time eloquent and presidential.

A Harvard trained Lawyer? President of the Harvard Law Review? Nobel Laureat? Law professor? Keynote speaker for a major political party's convention? Senator?

Really?........

Excellent point Jonny. He's "talking down to the people". He's talking to union folk, so he's using terminology and phrases that he thinks makes him more "down to earth". Pres. Bush was lamblasted for doing that by liberals. I'll be curious to see if any criticize him for it.

I won't hold my breath.

Great Leader has always been a revival tent preacher. Remember during the campaign when he suddenly started "talking black" in speeches? He adjusts his presentation to fit his perception of the audience. That's why he could go to San Fran and complain about the "bitter, religious gun-clingers" in PA.
The Messiah is really just a politician.

I love it when the Haw-vard lawyer goes to the Rust-Belt towns to give a speech. He's got always got his blue collar shit on, always with no tie and the sleeves rolled up. Like we somehow believe he just walked off the assembly line after a shift.

Maybe I'm an ass, but I can't stand rolled-up sleeves, especially from people who work in an office.

Nobody
of course

Your an ass JW. But that doesn't make you wrong. The Pol with rolled-up sleeves is just plaine dumb. Do they think we're that dumb? Check-they do, sorry.
