You can't make this shit up

Democrats know that 2012 is going to be a bloodbath for Democrats. They could try to come up with a message that appeals to voters, or they could do this.

As a way to solve the national debt crisis, North Carolina Democratic Gov. Beverly Perdue recommends suspending Congressional elections for the next couple of years.

“I think we ought to suspend, perhaps, elections for Congress for two years and just tell them we won’t hold it against them, whatever decisions they make, to just let them help this country recover,” Perdue said at a rotary club event in Cary, North Carolina, according to the Raleigh News and Observer. “I really hope that someone can agree with me on that.”

Wow! Just F'in Wow. How fucking stupid is this woman? Not only is idea insane, it anti-American and criminal. These are the types of people that Democrats elect to office?  And they wonder why some people think that they best way to fix government is to shut the whole fucking thing down and start over?

How many Democrats secretly agree with this moron? They wish that they could rule without having to answer to the people. They dream of the day when they can fuck up everything and still cling to power. I hope and pray that the people of NC throw this bitch out ASAP.

A Woody-Wet-Dream
written by jokin , September 27, 2011

“I really hope that someone can agree with me on that.”

That would be Woody.

"How many Democrats secretly agree with this moron?"

That would be Woody (and Thomas Friedman).

Funny, these are the same people who played the "BushHitler is going to suspend elections game". It's become obvious, the things they demagogue about, are the very things they surreptitiously already employ or secretly covet (Think "vote fraud", "astroturf", "race card", "calm the incendiary rhetoric", "threat of political violence", "racist tea-baggers" that last one's a two-fer double perjorative!).

Seriously, that ex-MN simpleton, Thomas Friedman got the ball rolling by publicly sharing his own personal wet-dream- imagining- having the authoritarian power of the Chinese Communists- for just one day- to right all the "wrong" in America. I think Red Chinese-admirer, Brent, even joined the circle jerk on the prospect of that ever happening.

This has been simmering in the moonbat left ever since, until last week, when Obama's former OMB director, Peter Orzag, came out and launched the latest trial baloon, and that may portend Obama going all-out banana republic and declaring a "National Emergency":

"Too Much of a Good Thing
Why we need less democracy."

Here's the money quote:

"So what to do? To solve the serious problems facing our country, we need to minimize the harm from legislative inertia by relying more on automatic policies and depoliticized commissions for certain policy decisions. In other words, radical as it sounds, we need to counter the gridlock of our political institutions by making them a bit less democratic."

To Orzag, gridlock is the enemy of progress, not the brilliant tool that Madison and Founding Fathers embedded in the Constitution that is designed to keep the radicals from doing irreperable damage. "Limited government" is a brilliant attribute to sustainable self-government, not an impediment!

Woody and the Dems know they are on the electoral ropes in 2012 and Obama is now fomenting, rather than campaiging. Scary times, indeed.

When I lived in NC it was a nice conservitave place. It had low taxes and good weather. That attracted a bunch of Yankees and now they run the joint. Sad.

Nobody, NC definitely has had an influx of Northerners, but Perdue is toast next year and I think she knows it, which makes her the perfect person to throw this Anti-democracy dirtball in the air and seeing what sticks.

I thought of another Dem Dem-agoguery- "They want to push Granny off the cliff", when in fact, how many people are aware that Obamacare actually cuts (ie. real "cuts") Medicare. That's the Dem(agogue) Party personified- scare constituents with lies about your opponent and then go full-tilt Logan's Run behind their backs, all the while laughing contemptuously at the suckers who vote for them.

I knew you would be the only person in America who would come to this witch's defense. Well played, Woodrow.

I'll just add Bart that I do not in any way agree with or defend what Gov Perdue said. It is an insane idea IMHO. It's only that I was taught to have more respect for women especially those that serve their state as Governor.

Question Woody won't answer- Let John Kerry do the heavy lifting
written by jokin , September 27, 2011

So Woody, were you "for democratic principles before you were against them"?

John Kerry: "Here I am in the state of Massachusetts, Woody is still in the state of denial."

"The future will be better tomorrow." - John F. Kerry

"I stand by all the misstatements that I've made." - John F. Kerry

"We are ready for any unforeseen event that may or may not occur." -
John F. Kerry

"A low voter turnout is an indication of fewer people going to the
polls." - John F. Kerry

And to think, Woody, this genius and champion of democracy was one or two states away from being nearly as awesome as Obama!

Yeah, you've treated Palin with oodles of respect and there's a special place in your heart for Congresswomen like Bachman. I'd bet the house you were at a Circle Jerk Party with your brethren- poring over the pages of "Rogue"- when "the real Sara Palin" was revealed by that fine, upstanding (and fully unsubstantiated) "journalist", Joe McGinnis.

Prove it bitch! I've always referred to Palin as Gov. Palin or ex-Gov. Palin. Nothing more nothing less. I usually ignore you because you are a waste of water jokin but you stepped in it this time. Now get over me jokin because I'm back to ignoring you. Find someone else to be infatuated with. You're not my type...

"Prove it bitch!"

Yet another "tell" revealed by the one who gained his wooden nickname from constantly engagng in sexualized insults, apparently immediately after getting all hot and bothered while poring over the pages of his old Blueboy collection.

"You're not my type..."

It's pretty common knowledge you play for the home team, Woodrow, so no, heteros are definitely not your type.

You may (or may not) have only referred to Palin as "Gov", but that is as far as your "respect" for Palin, or any woman with Conservative beliefs extends.

"You don't know the level of respect that I have for women with Conservative beliefs j. You don't know anything. Your wife knows I go hetero however..... good bye!"

I thought you were back to ignoring me???

If your demonstrated level of respect for the mountains of evidence assembled against your feeble "broad brush" arguments are any indication, than it's a good guess that I do have a pretty good idea about other areas that you "respect".

BTW, nice convincing (and respectful) come-back with the wife attack, yet another shrill "tell" in a lame attempt to keep your cover clear in the closet.

Your wife knows I go hetero however
written by Jim W , September 27, 2011

Good to see that the more things change, the more they stay the same. I'm just wondering what ever happened to the "no wives, no kids" rule? Apparently Woody doesn't think the rules apply to him. Way out of line.

WTF?
written by Barthélemy Barbancourt , September 27, 2011

So when the governor of NC actually calls for a treasonous act I'm the bad guy for calling her out for what she is, a liberal bitch?

Woody has gotten strike one. There is no attacking anyone's wife and kids. This rule #1. It isn't negotiable.

The fact that he felt the need to defend this psycho says more about the moronic left than anything. The fact that Woody dropped to name calling is just par for the course for a liberal defending the indefensible.

I will disparage anyone that calls for a totalitarian state in the USA. Fucking Bitch!

I did not know there was a 3 strike policy here. I know the rules and they do apply to me and I made that comment in anticipation of being 86'd but it was worth it because joking had it coming with some of his vile assumptions about me. If I'm still in the box with a bat in my hand, I'll mind the pitch count as well as my P's and Q's. I apologize to those exposed to those harsh words with the exception of for whom they were intended. I'll follow my rule in the future of ignoring this half wit.

"I apologize to those exposed to those harsh words with the exception of for whom they were intended. I'll follow my rule in the future of ignoring this half wit."

That's OK, Woody, non-apology accepted! BTW, ignorance of the law is not a defense, especially for someone who proclaims how important "staying classy" is, you have little leg to stand on here.

Lining up against your bullying of Tim, your shrill, hit 'n run tsk-tsking and shallow-to-vacant non-arguments, I'll take "half wit" as an admiring compliment on your part, as you obviously lack the basic necessities to express yourself with any wit at all in your comments-in your case, it's undoubtedly the whole self-loathing, gender-role conflict thing-- Amazing that you would procalim your respect for all women and then attack a woman's virtue all in the same thread (BTW, I took your advice and checked with the wife, she strongly disputes your claim of "going hetero", I guess the beard you were with didn't fool anyone).

In conclusion, in the future, as in the past, I will take down any argument on your part based on the merits (or lack thereof, as is usually the case) of the facts presented, with conclusively evidentiary counterpoints, which is when you predictably fold and start the insult cycle all over again.

Barthélemy Barbancourt
OK, so we're done with that.
