Weiner hits on a 17 year old and Nancy Pelosi is OK with that!

NEW CASTLE, Del - Police here are investigating direct online communications between New York Rep. Anthony Weiner and a 17-year-old girl and are looking for any other young women who may be involved, though the nature of the communications wasn't immediately clear.

Sources close the student said the girl followed Weiner on Twitter after seeing him speak during a school trip to Washington on April 1. Weiner, after signing on to follow the girl's Twitter feed, direct-messaged the girl on April 13, the sources said, though it is not clear what other communication the two may have had between or after those dates. Weiner no longer follows the girl on Twitter.

Amid increasing calls for Rep. Anthony Weiner to resign, House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi says the decision should be up to the congressman and his New York constituents.

The former speaker said in San Francisco that she believes the decision should be made by “the individual member” and the people in his district.

Weiner, a seven-term Democrat, has admitted sending sexually explicit photos and messages over the Internet to a half-dozen women over the past three years. Pelosi has asked the House Ethics Committee to investigate whether Weiner used any government resources.

Weiner told a newspaper Thursday he would not resign. At least nine House members and three senators said he should quit.

Is there no level of scum that the Dem's won't tolerate? I guess not.

Where exactly did Rep. Pelosi say that Bart. You forgot to insert her quote regarding the 17 YO.

Rep. Pelosi has informed soon to be ex-Rep. Weiner that she will be among those calling for his resignation. Hardly a ringing endorsement for approving of hitting on a 17 year old dontcha think Bart. This post was as dishonest as Weiners denials.

I guess the 17 year old was the last straw

"The developments came a day after it was revealed Delaware police questioned a 17-year-old girl about her Twitter exchanges with the embattled lawmaker. Weiner insisted late Friday his dealings with the girl were "neither explicit nor indecent"—a statement the girl's family backed up in an interview with the New York Times. But apparently the report was the final straw for Weiner's Democratic colleagues, who say they can no longer defend the disgraced congressman.

Pelosi, who initiated an House ethics investigation into Weiner's activities earlier this week, had refused as late as yesterday to call for her colleague's resignation. But she, too, reversed course Saturday."

It's nice to know that a guy has to harass a 17 year-old before the Democrats finally admit that he is a stinking scumbag.

harass??

Looks like a simple twitter communication to me and the first paragraph of you comment kind of backs that up Bart. Anyway, I hope the Congressman gets the help he needs and is able to repair the damage done with his pregnant wife. He needs to resign for the good of the Democratic party so this does not become more of a destraction as the session begins as there is so much to do. Oh to be a fly on the wall when soon to be ex-Rep Weiner met with bill Clinton LOL!

The guy is a pig so the very thought of him tweeting a child is repulsive. Pelosi figured that out.

It looks Like Obama is supporting the pig so the Dems will have Weiner as the face of the party for a while, how appropriate.

A perfectly innocent exchange between Weiner and any girl:

Wiener-Hi, I'm congressman Weiner; do you like me?

Girl- Uh, sure you're awsome.

Wiener- Wanna see my dick?
