Pres. Obama - We are heading in the right direction.
The Plan - Two days until vacation. 10 days in Martha's Vineyard. Hey, liberal fundraising is tiring. YES WE CAN!

PresBO states: "... What is absolutely clear is we are moving in the right direction. We are headed in the right direction. ..."
I would like to know what standard of measure he and his staff are using. The only growth sector has been government; and it has grown significantly.
It seems like his favorite key line in every speech is "We will not rest until ..." Yet he seems to be resting and vacationing endlessly.

Let me be clear, the President's policies have been responsible for saving or creating 4 million, no make that 4.5 million jobs. Just ask him. Only don't bother him with questions about methodology.
Just because real unemployment is over 16% doesn't mean Obama hasn't been working day and night for the American people. It's our fault for not fully comprehending his brilliant leadership.

Evil: "One million jobs."
(laughter around the conference table with Dr Evil noticably flummoxed)
Evil: "One hundred million jobs"

Given that, he is correct, we are going in the right direction. You assume that he wants to create jobs. Obama just wants to implement socialism and hopefully destroy the private sector. In his world, this will lead to the public giving him more power.
Given his words and what is happening in our economy, I don't see how anyone could interpret this any differently. Obama is getting what he wants, it just isn't what the people want.
