The big breaking news from this AM had to do with 5 men that were arrested by London authorities over a potential threat against Pope Benedict XVI. Sky News is reporting that these 5 men are all of "Arabic or Algerian" origin. Scotland Yard said these men were being questioned "on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism."
Acting on a tip, police detained the men, aged 26 to 50, under the Terrorism Act at a cleaning depot in central London after receiving information about a possible threat. The men are being questioned at a London police station and have not been charged. Police said an initial search of that business and other related properties has not uncovered any hazardous items.
I'm shocked, I tell you. Shocked! 5 men of Arabic or Algerian origin suspected of acts of terrorism. According to reports, there are further investigations taking place, as there may be more involved. Wonderful.

Minneapolis "Man" admits to dousing woman with acid
According to a criminal complaint, a woman was walking along the 3700 block of Louisiana Avenue South in St. Louis Park Tuesday when Adem approached her, demanding she speak with him. When she refused, Adem splashed the woman with a clear liquid he was carrying in a plastic drink bottle.
He later told authorities he'd dumped the liquid contents of a car battery in the plastic bottle, planning to confront the woman on her way home from school. Adem admitted to splashing the woman when she refused to speak to him anymore.
Jarso Yohannes Adem is a pussy. Gosh, let's import more "men" like this. We need great contributors to society like this prick.

Don't forget - tomorrow is the big day!
"Everybody Draw Mohammed Day!" began last month as the brainchild of a Seattle-based cartoonist named Molly Norris, who was appalled by Comedy Central's decision to censor an episode of "South Park" that depicted Muhammad in a bear costume.
As a way to protest the network's decision -- which came after an Islamic extremist website warned of retaliation against the show's creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker -- Norris created a poster with likenesses of Muhammad as a domino, a teacup and a box of pasta.

My, my, my. A peace loving, radical muslim website warned South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone that they could face retribution for last week's episode. To commemorate their 200th episode, the duo brought back MANY things from the first 199 shows, including a controversial show where they toyed with the idea of depicting the prophet Muhammad on screen. Ultimately, it never happened the first time around, but in episode 200, apparently they went too far.

Ok, I've heard some whoppers out of the always level headed Islamic cult of death, but this one has got to take the cake. According to Iranian cleric Hojatoleslam Kazem Sedighi, the earthquakes taking place throughout the world are a result of "women who wear revealing clothing and behave promiscuously".
