South Park's creators threatened over Muhammad depiction, or why Islam is Stupid vol. 2

Posted by: Jim W

My, my, my.  A peace loving, radical muslim website warned South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone that they could face retribution for last week's episode.  To commemorate their 200th episode, the duo brought back MANY things from the first 199 shows, including a controversial show where they toyed with the idea of depicting the prophet Muhammad on screen.  Ultimately, it never happened the first time around, but in episode 200, apparently they went too far.

RevolutionMuslim.com posted the warning following the 200th episode of Trey Parker and Matt Stone's "South Park," which included a caricature of the Prophet Muhammad disguised in a bear suit. The Web posting also included a graphic photo of Theo van Gogh, a Dutch filmmaker who was murdered in 2004 after making a documentary on violence against Muslim women.

"We have to warn Matt and Trey that what they are doing is stupid and they will probably wind up like Theo Van Gogh for airing this show," the posting reads. "This is not a threat, but a warning of the reality of what will likely happen to them."

Reaching by phone early Tuesday, Abu Talhah al Amrikee, the author of the post, said he wrote the entry to "raise awareness." He said the grisly photograph of van Gogh was meant to "explain the severity" of what Parker and Stone did by mocking Muhammad.

"It's not a threat, but it really is a likely outcome," al Amrikee said, referring to the possibility that Parker and Stone could be murdered for mocking Muhammad. "They're going to be basically on a list in the back of the minds of a large number of Muslims. It's just the reality."

You just GOTTA love that peace loving religion, don't you?  The mindblowing stupidity of this just floors me.  Never mind the fact that the episode is a multi-part product (to be continued tomorrow night on Comedy Central) and we don't know what the next part has in store.  For all we know, this could all be a ruse and it's not actually him in the suit.  Or maybe they actually will show muhammad.  Maybe, this picture...

Or this picture.

Or maybe this picture.

So, how ironic and is it that Muslim Extremist Parasitic Savages "suggest" that there may be blood as a result of the episode.  What a bunch of useful idiots.  You've just proven the running gag that has popped up through the series and most recent episode.  It's as if Parker and Stone KNEW you'd do this, so in essence, you're a punchline to their joke.  Morons.

Oh, and the episode was absolutely hilarious. I cannot wait until tomorrow nights episode. I'm hoping they show a picture of a turnip as his head...that just slays me.

they portray the Virgin Mary as a syphilitic hooker and Buddha as a power-mad warmonger. If they're gonna insult the basic tenets of various religions, why pussyfoot around?

Maybe Mohammed is Cartman's father. That'd be funny.

Islam is a sick cult

Anyone that compares it to a mature religion like Christianity, Judaism or even the Moroms doesn't know shit about Islam.

Hey I know.
How about Mary depicted as poop!
They already did that at a gallery in Manhattan? No death threats or violence?

Never mind.

Well South Park has mocked Jesus repeatedly with zero death threats. Go figure.

Another possible, but unlikely is that Mohammed will be a tiny version of the platypus billed version of God that they brought out in the first few seasons - just like the genetic scientist and his mutant clone of himself mini-me thing in identical clothing...[larger Cartman???]

Yeah Kermit, go figure. Jesus is a regular character on that show and Family guy and he's kinda ripped like everyone else, but I haven't heard of any stories of death threats against South Park. yet, you dress up the pedophile prophet in a bear costume, and the MEPS wanna have blood flowing. It's not even a valid comparison.

Oh, and that very same episode made fun of ALL religions, not just the pedophile prophet. Although, the bear costume is hilarious.

And I agree - Muhammad as Cartman's father is pretty much the only way to go. It would explain Cartman's hatred of Kyle the jew.

Sick cults

Anyone who doesn't consider Christianity a sick cult probably doesn't know shit about its bloody past and child-raping history. Was this a "Christian nation" when it engaged in genocide against the Indians? Know anything about the Christian Phalangists massacring Palestinians in the Sabra and Shatilla refuge camps? And then there's the more distant past. This author mentions a few of the gory details -

Comparing Christianity to Islam is probably an insult to Islam.

To take this particular thread into anything resembling a serious conversation, I must quote Cartman... "Suck my balls" Why you gotta git all draggin the ills of any given religion into it? You ask me, they all leave plenty to be desired...for fucks sake, have fun and git all into the South Park...it's fun...no?

Death to Trey Parker and Matt Stone. And may Onan be trapped in an elevator with a gaseous Rosie O'Donnell.

IRAN -- UN Human Rights Council--Women's Rights

Iran was elected to the Women's Rights Commission of the UN Human Rights Council? How crazy is that. The US should just bow out of the vacuous organization that is the UN.
