Another week, another headache for the presumptive midterm winners.
WASHINGTON -- A House investigative panel has charged California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters with violating ethics rules.
Waters, a senior member of the House Financial Services Committee, would face a trial in the fall unless she negotiates a settlement.
If the case goes to trial, Democrats would have the political headache of two ethics trials -- one for Waters and another for Rep. Charles Rangel of New York.
The specific charges against Waters were not made public in the announcement Monday from the House ethics committee.
Waters has been under investigation for a possible conflict of interest involving her assistance to a bank that was seeking federal aid. Her husband owned stock in the bank and had served on its board.
How's that "draining the swamp" working out there San Fran Nan? And some of the puddin-heads wonder why the polls view everyone in DC so negatively?

Just bidness as usual for the Democrat party.
William Jennings "Bill" Jefferson (born March 14, 1947) is a former American politician, and a published author[1] from the U.S. state of Louisiana. He served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives for nine terms from 1991 to 2009 as a member of the Democratic Party. He represented Louisiana's 2nd congressional district, which includes much of the greater New Orleans area. He was Louisiana's first black congressman since the end of Reconstruction.[2]
On November 13, 2009, Jefferson was sentenced to 13 years for bribery after a corruption investigation, the longest sentence ever handed down to a congressman for bribery.

You shut up, you horrible racist. Turn over your keyboard to an official at your nearest police station. You have pointed out something that will damage the self esteem of 12.5 percent of your countrymen. You're poisoning the social debate in our society. I bet your ancestors even owned people!
Wasn't to cool to see Obama throw Rangel under the bus today? And Rangel isn't guilty, of course, but just another victim of racism eager to retire.
