Government taxes cigarettes to stop people from smoking, not to get them to smoke. Government fines speeders so they won't speed, not to encourage them to drive faster. And yet contrary to common sense, it seems perfectly natural to some people that government would tax people who work or companies that are successful only to give that money to people who don't work and to bail out losing companies. The thought never crosses their minds that these policies are the very reason why our economy is in such bad shape.
In liberal land, smokers, drinkers and drivers are all economically rational, if you increase their taxes you will get less smoking, drinking and speeding. But in liberal land business owners are irrational as they think that by increasing their taxes, you will get them to work more not less.
This is one of the many reasons that the Democrats are really the stupid party. Liberals need to stop rewarding failures like Solyndra and stop punishing financially successful people. This is how we can get our economy back on track; coupled with massive deregulation of course.

Stop picking winners and losers in general. The government should not be encouraging business directions, like the development of green energy for the GEs of the world. These will be developed when they are economically feasible and reasonable to develop.
Rather, government should create an environment where profits can be made and kept in a free exchange for hard work, a good idea, or for doing something better than someone else. You know, capitalism or a free market. That thing that is completely alien, unknown, outlawed, avoided, or feared by this administration.

"It's not so much stupidity as it is the side effects of that damn HPV vaccine. Talk about stupid sheesh! Broad brush again Bart!"
Changing the subject by interjecting parochial primary politics does not win an argument. Bart brought up one of the basic weaknesses of the Democrat Party- their misunderstanding and constant fight against the natural behavioral flow of human nature- and all you can come up with is a talking point that has as much significance as a gnat bite on the rear end of an elephant.
Engage the issue straight on-- or admit you got nothing!
I'm eagerly waiting for your vigorous defense of Obama's public support of Solyndra and his "green jobs" policy in general and Obama's class-warfare demagoguery. Somehow, I predict you'll deflect one more time and then slink away, readying another meaningless "broad brush" pot shot in yet another topic on which you got nothing.
