I posted a note 3 weeks ago about Deputy Dewey. It was just reported that Deputy Chris Dewey has passed away. He fought hard, thanks in large part to the love of his wife and family.

1. Woke up this AM far too early again to go to the gym. As we left the driveway, we noticed the trunk and car doors on our neighbor's vehicle were wide open. Someone broke in overnight and rifled through the vehicle; luckily, nothing of value was taken. It's getting to be that time again... The kids will be starting their Junior year in just a few weeks, so it's also that time to make sure they are ready, at least from a registration standpoint.
