I woke up to a bit of good news today, as I had a voicemail from her campaign. Barb is back and running against Keith Ellison during the 2010 midterms in Minnesota's 5th district.
Please take a moment and check out her site, and if you feel so compelled, toss her a few bucks and show support. With the significant buyers remorse people are feeling across this country, not only for the President but for Congress (whose dismal approval ratings continue to plummet), I see a great opportunity to unseat Keith X in November. She received very little party support two years ago, so it truly is important to lend a hand to GOOD candidates like Barb. And while the 5th has been a blue district for many years, given the current political climate anything is possible.
Let's send Keith packing in November. SUPPORT BARB DAVIS WHITE!

She is running as an Independent, which means she will split the vote....

The DFL has a strangle hold on certain areas of this State. Doesn't matter if they've been caught with a dead girl or a live boy. And so far Ellison only has an absurd number of traffic and parking tickets and a history of antisemitic comments.
